Are items authentic?

Our offering is expertly curated from the best luxury fragrance, Attar & Bakhoor around the globe and we guarantee all items are authentic. Authenticity cards and serial numbers may not always be included with your item if the brand has not supplied them.

Do you have a Stand-Alone store? is purely liaising into online business only, hence there is no physical stores at the moment.

How do I change or cancel my order?
We try to fill and send your order as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to add items to your order or prevent a package from shipping. How long will it take my order to arrive?
We partner with the POS Malaysia and the major parcel carriers to get your products to you quickly. That typically takes about 3 business days from when you order. You can always track it by looking at the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order leaves our nice smelling doors. I haven’t received my package, but the tracking information says it arrived…what should I do?
Most packages shipped with our economy option are delivered by your local postal worker. We've found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbor. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven’t located your order, just contact us at +6018 287 9968 from 9 am - 6 pm UST +08:00, Monday through Friday, and we’ll take care of you.

What is your return policy?

When do you charge my credit card?
We charge your card at the time we take your order, just as we start preparing it for shipment. If for some reason something happens during the process, we'll reach out to you.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and BANK-TRANSFER (Only available in Malaysia)

How do I change my credit card info?
It’s easy! As you complete your shopping proceed to checkout. You will have the option when you are reviewing your order to edit your credit card info. Click “edit” and enter in your new info! Then continue on to complete your order.
