Return and Refund Policy
We encourage customers to carefully read and understand our Return and Refund Policy prior to making a purchase. In our effort to minimize costs and reduce carbon emissions in shipping, we encourage customers to read the product information and FAQ’s prior to ordering product. If you have any questions before purchasing the product please submit your questions at artisanoudh[at]gmail.com and we will be happy to respond to those questions. We want you to be informed and satisfied once your purchase is made. We do not accept returns unless the product was damaged in transit, defective or incorrectly sent.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Sent Items
If you have experienced a problem with your order including damaged product, defective products or incorrect shipments within 14 days of your purchase order, a replacement product will be shipped at our costs. As a result, we ask you to please include a return shipping receipt along with all of the original packaging from your purchase. In your email, please provide as much detail as you can about your issue, including your order # and the name of the product(s) you have concerns with.
We recommend that all items be returned to us via an insured, traceable method. ArtisanOudh.co is not responsible for any items lost in transit.
